Avi Kadish, CEO
One of the founders of Britannica Knowledge Systems, Mr. Kadish has more than 20 years experience in the development and implementation of technology-based training and knowledge management solutions. Mr. Kadish possesses vast knowledge in all market segments that the company is involved in, especially in the military and homeland security fields. Mr. Kadish takes an active role in the IDF and Israel Air Force’s working committees for transforming training, and leads all BKS wide scale operations with the IDF. Mr. Kadish has also served as the officer in charge of security at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport and managing director of a global company developing advanced training plans for the aviation security market.
Mr. Kadish has a MA in Labor and Human Resources Development and a BA in Political Science and International Relations.
Asher Dagan, Vice President, Product Management
Mr. Dagan has 14 years experience in the characterization, development and implementation of training management, knowledge management and readiness management systems. Mr. Dagan is responsible for the development, application and integration activity of the company’s systems. In this capacity, he leads the design and development processes of various solutions, including a performance assessment system for training facilities and simulators, a training knowledge management system and other solutions applied in training bases and operational units. He is the chief designer of the company’s Fox platform.
Mr. Dagan serves as a battalion executive officer in the IDF Armored Corps reserves, with the rank of Major.
Miki Ringelhim, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development
Mr. Ringelhim has more than 14 years experience in business development and marketing training, learning and knowledge-based products and systems. Mr. Ringelhim has vast experience in characterizing the needs of the different sectors in which Britannica Knowledge Systems works: armed forces, homeland security and first responders units, enterprises, and higher education. Mr. Ringelhim plays a key role in establishing and growing BKS leadership positions in the training, learning and operations markets.
Miki is also responsible for assisting the company’s partners in defining their business and operational models for implementing Fox-based training solutions.
Mr. Ringelhim has an MBA and BA in Communications and Management
Gilad Menashe, R&D Manager
Gilad Menashe has over 16 years experience in R&D, nine of which are in leading R&D teams. Over the last five years, Mr. Menashe has specialized in developing robust, secured and performance oriented applications for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Menashe is responsible for developing the company’s applications and building an infrastructure for the next generation platform, as well as the quality assurance of the products.
Mr. Menashe serves in a special unit of the IDF Intelligence forces and has a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Amir Shalom, CFO
Mr. Shalom has more than 14 years of experience in finance, HR and operations fields, 8 years of which are in managing finance departments . Prior to his role in BKS, Mr. Shalom served as the Finance Manager of Warner Bros. Isr., an Israeli subsidiary of Time Warner Inc. Mr. Shalom has also served for several years as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young accounting firms. Mr. Shalom is responsible for the company’s finance, budgeting and HR activities.
Mr. Shalom is a CPA Isr. and holds an MBA degree.
