  • Since Fox's implementation, learning management has substantially improved on bank-wide level. We have measured a 95% increase in regulatory knowledge learning completions. Managers have a better oversight of organizational unit and individual employee learning statuses. They can now easily track who has and hasn't completed their learning assignments with minimal intervention contrary to the process prior to having Fox system.
