Our management team consists of seasoned professionals in computer science with military backgrounds, who effectively combine methodological know-how with cutting-edge technology in order to drive organizational performance for customers and partners.

Yehuda Holtzman is an industry veteran with a proven track record in senior leadership and general management roles. He specializes in establishing and growing businesses to a scale of $100M annual revenue through direct sales, distribution channels, strategic partnerships and online activity. Prior to joining Britannica Knowledge Systems, he served as the CEO of Mobilogy; founder and CEO of ExploreGate; and co-founder and president of Mobile Access (Corning). Mr. Holzman holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Brighton University and an MA from Ben-Gurion University.  

Asher Dagan, Vice President, Product ManagementAsher Dagan

Vice President, Product and Marketing

Asher Dagan is the chief designer of the company's Fox platform with overall responsibility for the product's design, delivery and implementation. He has 18 years of experience in the characterization, development and implementation of training management, knowledge management and readiness management systems. He is responsible for the development, application and integration activity of the company's systems. In this capacity, he leads the design and development processes of various solutions, including a performance assessment system for training facilities and simulators, a training knowledge management system, and other solutions applied in training bases and operational units. Mr. Dagan served as a battalion commander in the IDF Armored Corps reserves, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.

Israel RosenbergIsrael Rosenberg

Vice President R&D

Israel Rosenberg has over 20 years of experience in R&D, thirteen of which are in leading R&D teams. Over the last ten years, Mr. Rosenberg has managed large software and QA groups, leading them to produce robust, high quality software products using Agile Development methodology. Mr. Rosenberg has overall responsibility for the company's applications, infrastructure and technological roadmap. He is also accountable for product quality assurance. Mr. Rosenberg holds a BA in computer science and economics.

Miki Ringelhim, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Britannica Knowledge SystemsMiki Ringelhim

Vice President, Sales

Miki Ringelhim has more than 18 years of experience in business development and marketing training, learning and knowledge-based products and systems. He has considerable experience in characterizing the needs of the different sectors in which Britannica Knowledge Systems works including armed forces, homeland security and first responders units, enterprises, and higher education. He plays a key role in establishing and growing BKS leadership positions in the training, learning and operations markets and does this through cultivating business relationships with local and international partners and clients, particularly in North America and Europe. He is also responsible for assisting the company's partners in defining their business and operational models for implementing Fox-based training solutions. Mr. Ringelhim has an MBA and BA in communications and management.

Nir Bersano, CFO, Britannica Knowledge SystemsNir Bersano


Nir Bersano has more than 16 years of experience in finance, auditing and accounting. He joined Britannica as the Controller in 2011 and was promoted to CFO in 2014. Prior to his role at Britannica, he was the Controller of the International Operations at Life Line Screening in Cleveland, Ohio. He also served for several years as a senior auditor at the accounting firm Ernst & Young in both Israel and the United States. He is responsible for the company's finance, budgeting and accounting activities. Mr. Bersano is a CPA Isr. and holds a BBA in business management and accounting. He is an officer of the Israel Defense Forces with the rank of Lieutenant.

Barak Kirmayer webBarak Kirmayer

Vice President, Delivery & Operations

Barak Kirmayer leads Britannica's Delivery & Operations department, ensuring quality customer project solution delivery from initiation to completion. The Delivery & Operations team harnesses both customer expertise and Fox's robust built-in industry-focused processes and capabilities to ensure successful solutions and rapid delivery times. He is Britannica's former Customer Solutions & Delivery leader with more than 12 years of experience leading projects for major airline, governmental and aviation manufacturer customers. Prior to Britannica, Mr. Kirmayer served high-tech customers worldwide as a CRM and ERP project and solutions manager. Mr. Kirmayer earned a B.Sc. degree in industrial and management engineering from the Technion -- Israel Institute of Technology. He also hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. 

Avi Kadish, CEO, Britannica Knowledge SystemsAvi Kadish

Chief Advisor, Defense & Government 

One of the founders of Britannica Knowledge Systems, Avi Kadish has more than 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of technology-based training and knowledge management solutions. He possesses vast knowledge in all market segments that the company is involved in, particularly in military and homeland security. Mr. Kadish still takes an active role in the IDF and Israel Air Force's working committees for transforming training, and leads all BKS wide-scale operations with the IDF. He has also served as the officer in charge of security at Israel's Ben Gurion Airport and managing director of a global company developing advanced training plans for the aviation security market. Mr. Kadish has a MA in labor and human resources development and a BA in political science and international relations.
