British Airways Selects Cloud-based Britannica’s Fox

March 29, 2018 The British Airways Global Learning Academy is implementing the Fox Training Management System by Britannica Knowledge Systems as its new cloud-based training operation planning and scheduling management platform.

Fox is being adopted to automate, manage and improve processes for British Airways’ high volume, complex and highly regulated training operation. Britannica will also provide guidance based on best practice solutions at other airlines and aviation training centers.

In addition to utilizing Fox’s advanced training planning, resource and scheduling management modules, British Airways will take advantage of Fox’s robust analytic, report and notification functionality for enhanced training oversight. Fox’s broad set of APIs will enable quick and easy integration with British Airways’ existing technology.
