Our customers implement the Fox training management system and utilize many different systems, each with different technology and distinct sets of data entities, which are required to integrate as part of the implementation of the Fox system.


Britannica knowledge systems, a global company is looking for talented IT technical support that will assist us in managing the entire IT activities from configuring workstations, maintaining the company network, while dealing with a complex network that supports a software company. Also, he is going to be engaged with all the employees, helping them achieve theirs and the company goals.


  • Workstation installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware and network issues
  • Technical support for software, mobile, and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers, conference systems, and mobile devices)
  • Testing new technology
  • Maintenance, installing, and upgrading the company technologies such as servers, backups, storage, etc.
  • Train new system users and set up their accounts
  • Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
  • Create and update technical documentation
  • Responding promptly to employee's issues and requests



  • 3+ years of experience in IT customer support fixing PC related issues (hardware and software)
  • Good knowledge of networks, including TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, WLAN. VPN systems (IPSEC)
  • 2+ years of work experience in management and maintenance of Microsoft networks: Windows servers, Virtualization, Backup, Storage, Cluster, etc.
  • Knowledge of system security techniques
  • Good knowledge of Windows, (system configuration ability )
  • Good knowledge of internet technologies such as DNS, HTTP, and SSL
  • Services oriented, excellent communication skills
  • Multitask with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English


  • MCSE
  • Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
  • Good knowledge of macOS and Linux
  • Work experience in Azure / AWS cloud
  • Creative thinking in problem-solving and a drive to expand your knowledge
