Our customers implement the Fox training management system and utilize many different systems, each with different technology and distinct sets of data entities, which are required to integrate as part of the implementation of the Fox system.

Role

Britannica knowledge systems, a global company is looking for a talented Junior sysadmin that will assist us in managing the entire IT activities from configuring workstations, maintaining the company network, while dealing with a complex network that supports a software company. Also, he is going to be engaged with all the employees, helping them achieve theirs and the company goals.

Responsibilities

• Workstation installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware and network issues
• Technical support for software, mobile, and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers, conference systems, and mobile devices)
• Testing new technology
• Maintenance, installing and upgrading the company technologies such as servers, backups, storage, etc.
• Train new system users and set up their accounts
• Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
• Create and update technical documentation
• Responding promptly to employee's issues and requests
