Our customers implement the Fox training management system and utilize many different systems, each with different technology and distinct sets of data entities, which are required to integrate as part of the implementation of the Fox system.
We are looking for an expert Product Designer, who specializes in the UX and UI design of complex B2B systems.
As a member of the Product Design team, you will manage the UI/UX flows and our innovative redesign of the entire system, and be part of a squad that solves customer issues and achieves goals.
You will be part of a superb Product Design team and have full responsibility for the workflows of UX in projects and teams, comprising research, ideation, wireframes, usability testing and reviewing developers’ work
Provide Visual Design for the UI including specs for developers
Take part in the visual design of the tool and help build a durable and flexible design system by providing UX patterns and style guides
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into valuable and usable tools for our customers and users
Take part in Agile Scrum meetings and Sprints
Work closely with our Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, Support and Solution Managers to understand the business and clients
Provide UX designs and flows, including UI designs for products and mockups including instructions and detailed explanations by which the teams can work
Mid-level UX – at least 3 years’ experience with a portfolio demonstrating your UX design capabilities in complex systems design
Proficiency with both Rapid and High-Fidelity prototyping tools, with the ability to clearly and easily deliver and explain concepts to the development and user testing teams
Must have experience as a UI designer to be able to contribute to the visual design of our product
Must be a team player -we leave our ego at the door
Must speak and write fluent English
Strong people skills - we emphasize collaboration and can-do attitudes
Software knowledge: we assume you can learn what is needed
We don’t care what OS you use!
Advantages (not a must!)
At least 1 year of experience in UX research OR experience with research in social studies
Experience designing for diverse groups of people (international audiences, multi-language localization, accessibility for people with special needs, etc.)
Experience in building and conducting design workshops
