We are rapidly growing, entering new verticals, and looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and innovative Product Manager to join our Product team. We are currently planning and building our next-generation product offering, looking ahead to meet new demands from new clients. It's not every day that you can impact the entire US army day to day operation.
A Product Manager's role at BKS is diverse and rewarding. You will be instrumental in compiling product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our next-generation platform, working closely with clients and solution teams to understand the customer and user needs and working closely with the Product Design and R&D teams, as well as with the Solutions and Sales team to help maintain our market leadership position.
·You will define the desired product outcomes and lead product discovery with our customers to identify and prioritize opportunities and relevant solutions.
·You will collaborate closely with Product Design, R&D, Solution Managers, and support Agile teams on the delivery path, breaking down high-level solutions and planned releases into prioritized, workable, and digestible Agile epics and user stories.
·You will make inbound and outbound presentations, presenting your product to other departments as well customers.
You will help the Marketing and Sales teams in advocating our value proposition to potential and existing clients.
You will travel to customer sites (10 -30% of the time).
What You Will Bring
·You should genuinely love Product Management in Agile environments and have the drive to create an impact.
·Three years of experience in B2B Product Management, both inbound and outbound. Experience with production-grade, highly scalable products, serving many users from various personas.
·Team player, self-managed, and a fast learner. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical cross-functional teams, such as R&D, Product Design, Solution Managers, Support, Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing.
·Experience in leading discovery streams with internal and customer domain experts. Steer and effectively blend long, mid, and short-term thinking. Be able to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing needs driven by a fast-moving market.
·Experience in leading Agile delivery streams, closely collaborating with Product Design (UX), engineers, and Support teams. You are expected to be fluent and versatile in building product roadmaps, prioritizing user story backlogs, refining them with teams, and owning the acceptance criteria.
·You should be familiar with relevant full-stack advanced technologies. In addition, you should understand how things work in software design, data structures, APIs, etc.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present and analyze technical information and strategies.
· BSc degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a similar engineering background – an advantage
· Experience in e-learning or training solutions – a major advantage
