You are a super talented Backend Tech Lead Engineer that will define, execute, and lead our product’s vision. You will mentor experienced developers through the principles of clean code, clean architecture, and SOLID. Under your guidance, the teams will develop a high-quality product which is scalable and maintainable. You will help define our new microservices-based architecture, which is dockerized and runs on k8s.

The US Army has recently chosen Fox, (in a Multi-million dollar contract) our product to be the central system taking care of the readiness of its forces, the training, academic studies, and career development of more than 2 million users. and to replace 30-50 systems, with one truly unified system with great UX.
