Our customers implement the Fox training management system, and utilize many different systems, each with different technology and distinct sets of data entities, which are required to integrate as part of the implementation of Fox system.

Role

We are currently seeking to expand our sales team and are looking for a talented Account Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all business matters specific to an account.
  • Overseeing customer account management which includes recurring sales renewals and up-sales
  • Lead and manage sales activities including sales presentations, system demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Understand and explore customer needs and requests and collaborate them with Britannica's relevant departments
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
  • Manage and track opportunities using BKS's SalesForce CRM while maintaining accurate records

Requirements


Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience in enterprise applications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and credibly and effectively influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a sales results-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English – must
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PP)
  • Ability to travel frequently for meetings and exhibitions (up to 30% in a month)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English – must

Employment Structure


Employment Structure 

  • Full time, five days a week
  • Requires travel to customer sites.
