Role Description
Reporting to Vice President of Products and Marketing, the primary mission of this position is to manage the overall marketing activity, establish the company brand via multiple channels, and drive lead generation for business growth.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the online marketing funnel for our company. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be tasked with demand generation and marketing funnel optimization.

You will be in charge of attracting website traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish. Using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, you will grow our database and overall company revenues.

Responsibilities
  • Drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and opportunities.

Analysis & Implementation Consultant/Specialist Implementation Analyst

The Opportunity

We are on a mission to demonstrate to the U.S. Army that our Fox integrative Training Management System (TMS) has what it takes to replace their dozens of separate, partial and underperforming legacy systems, with our one comprehensive system, as part of the ATIS (Army Information Training System) initiative. The Army has commissioned Fox as a prototype system and at the end first year of examination, will decide whether to complete the program and deploy the solution to all Army units. The mission of the role we seek to fill is to ensure that the Army selects Fox by:

  • Working as part of a team, including BKS professionals, partner experts and military subject matter experts (SMEs), delivering a fully functional product-prototype to the U.S. Army.
  • Acting as the main product expert for customers and partners while establishing the solution. Leading the design, set-up, configuration, acceptance testing, training and key user mentoring.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead product orientation sessions. Advise key users and internal staff on best practices for implementing Britannica's software.
  • Conduct and document requirement definitions and fit/gap analyses. Define required specification software adaptations when the Fox standard version does not cover all requirements. Validate that the proposed solution and functionality will fully meet the requirements.
  • Represent customer and partner requirements internally to Britannica Product Development and Quality Control departments.
  • Work directly with our implementation partners and US Army SMEs to prepare, adapt and agree upon all specifications provided by the client. Ensure that Fox system functions are aligned and meet project management timelines and deliverables. Consult with customers on system set-up and configuration. Configure Britannica software products to meet customer requirements.
  • Translate U.S. Army workflows into the Fox workflow and the customer requirements into functional/technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces, conversions and reports, in order to provide a successful operational solution. Work with Britannica Project and Product Managers in translation of customer needs in terms of system functionality to ensure a match between needs and actual system capabilities/limitations.
  • Oversee custom integrations with other products. Define custom integrations to ensure final product meets customer requirements. Define data management plans, custom reports, and user portals.
  • Define ad hoc and routine reports as requested. Provide written and verbal status reports.
  • Train customer and partner key users. Support training groups in preparation of course materials and delivery of courses both internally and externally as needed.
  • Develop and execute product test plans. Support the customer during user acceptance testing cycle by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding them through the process. Deliver onsite assistance to key users during acceptance testing.

 The Orientation Process

  • A two-to-three-week onboarding session will take place at our headquarters in Israel, where you will be trained on Fox Training Management System concepts and functionality.
  • Two-to-three months of on-the-job training will take place at the U.S. Army ATIS site, until the expertise to lead the implementation of our solution is assimilated.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading four-year accredited college or university (analytic discipline a plus).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in implementation of training management systems (preferred!) or other business management information systems, at leading enterprises.
  • Professional experience in business analysis, requirements definition, data migration and management, change management and training of key-users.
  • Experience working with senior officers and military SMEs and/or TRADOC organizations such as Centers of Excellence (COEs), training commands, and military schools – a great advantage.
