Current Positions

QA Engineer

Looking for a QA Engineer to join our great QA team to assist in planning new test procedures for existing functionality, as well as for new features and new freshly-developed products. Tests are implemented both manually and automated.

The candidate will be an integral part of the QA team, and will work closely with the development team throughout the entire development lifecycle: beginning with feature spec, through technical design, unit testing and end-to-end QA tests (manual and automated).

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in planning and performing QA tests – advantage
  • Experience with QA methodologies and documentation
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Familiar with the automatic tests world – advantage
  • Experience with testing mobile apps – advantage
  • Team player
  • English at high level

We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper type 1-2 to join us.

Description:
• Managing vendors (Israeli and international) – invoice entries and reconciliations
• Preparation of payments to vendors
• Registration and reconciliation of the company's credit cards
• Bank reconciliations
• Bookkeeping of fixed assets
• Preparation and registration of travel reports
• Issuance of customer’s invoices - Billing
• Preparation of materials for audits
• Along with any ad-hoc tasks related to bookkeeping

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of proven experience as Bookkeeper type 1-2
• Experience working with multiple currencies
• Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel
• Experience of at least one position in a global hi-tech company - advantage

Software Development Team Leader

We are currently seeking to expand our R&D team and are looking for an experienced and talented Software Development Team leader.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the move to modern software architecture, based on micro-services and cloud hosting (AWS)
  • Excellent in software delivery
  • Be a highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager

International Project Manager

We are currently seeking to expand our Delivery team and are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager.

Responsibilities
• Comprehensive responsibility for supply of Britannica’s system to customers, from sale through final deployment.
• Comprehensive responsibility for planning, tracking and managing all project aspects, including:
o “Hands On” involvement in all project tasks and management of a project team (1-3 people, Matrix management structure).
o Specification of customer requirements.
o Definition of functional and technological solutions.
o Implementation of solution include integration & migration.
o Project management, including resources and budget.
o Customer relationship management.

Required skills and experience
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, in at least 2 integrative software projects – must.
• Proven experience in international deployment – must.
• High-level English – must.
• Experience in analyzing cross-organizational business systems and cross-organizational workflows - must
• An ability to lead team members in a matrix: product, infrastructure, technology, integration, and deployment.

Requirements
