Solution Manager

We are currently seeking to expand our Customer Solutions & Delivery team and are looking for a talented solution manager.

The solution manager is responsible for meeting customer needs through the design of quality software solutions using our training management system, Fox.

This role is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, constructing a solution, then implementing and delivering this solution to the customer.


• Leading the solution-definition process in organizations that have large training management operations

• Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into business processes, functional requirements and tailored solutions, based on existing TMS functionality

• Lead the transfer from legacy systems to the Fox TMS and ensure customer satisfaction along the way

• Write business process and requirement specification documents, technical documents, training materials, and concepts of operations

• Analyze the customer business intelligence (BI) requirements and transfer them into design of reports and dashboards

• Present the solution to the key users in the organization

• Provide customer training on the system solution

• Lead customer user acceptance testing of the defined solution (product)


• At least 3 years of proven experience (2-3 different projects) in leading solution definition and implementing it in a large organization developing products such as CRM/ERP systems – required

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – required

• Fast self-learner of new subjects, sectors and technical content

• Experience in designing BI requirements and developing BI solutions (reports and dashboards) – advantage

• Ability to comprehend customer business processes and provide creative solutions using existing technical capabilities

• Ability to run professional and technical discussions

• Frequent travel to customers (based on project need – about 8 trips a year, each for between 1-2 weeks)

• BSc. in Industrial & Management or similar in relevant subjects

Account Manager (Texas office)

As part of our exciting growth and market expansion strategy, we are seeking an Account Manager focused on the company’s key accounts in the global aviation industry.

The primary missions of this position are:

A. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

B. Overseeing customer account management which includes business expansion and negotiation, to maximize sales.

C. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to an account.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities including sales presentations, system demonstrations, proposals and negotiations

• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

• Understand and explore customer needs and requests and connect them with Britannica’s relevant departments

• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service


• Proven account management or other relevant experience in enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and credibly and effectively influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Technical Support Representative (Shift Work)

The position includes complex problem analysis, investigation and solution for various problems, while adhering to SLA standards.

You will be expected to understand and become familiar with the company’s product, to analyze logs, operating systems and work with databases

• Background in IT – advantage
