QA Engineer

Seeking a QA Engineer to join our great QA team planning new test procedures for existing functionality as well as for new features and new fresh-developed products. Tests are implemented as both manual and automatic.

The candidate will work closely with the development team throughout the entire development lifecycle: beginning with feature spec, through technical design, unit test and end-to-end QA tests (manual and automatic).

Reports to: VP Marketing

As part of our exciting growth and market expansion strategy we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on establishing the company brand and awareness.

As a product marketer, you will be responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for the product and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and its benefits
  • Create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world
  • Assist sales when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product

Customer Tech Support Engineer (Texas)

We are expanding our customer support team and looking for an experienced technical customer support engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Support the ad-hoc technical support  needs of our North America customers.

• Provide first-level and second-level diagnosis and support services for all our customers in North America with hardware, software and applications issues

• Work closely with our Product, R&D, QA, and customer success team members to provide solutions to our customers through customer portals, telephone, help desk systems, and emails

• Investigate complex product failures and follow-up with internal teams and the customer until the success solution is implemented within SLA targets.

• Provide proactive and preventative services

• Support the releases, testing, and implementation of new product versions
