We are searching for a Technical Support Representative for a challenging and exciting role. The position includes decoding complex issues and working with Customer Success, Product and R&D departments to deliver a customer solution and system upgrades.
The position involves deep knowledge of the company’s product, various log analysis, working with DBs, operating systems, and Microsoft components, especially IIS and SQL servers.
You will be in continuous contact with customers, delivering regular updates, emergency response if needed, all under SLA.

Shifts mode (09:00-18:00,12:00-21:00,16:
Minimum 5 shifts per week (Monday-Friday).
Overtime / Weekend Work Required: Nights/Weekends on-calls.
