Product Marketing Manager

Reports to: VP Marketing

As part of our exciting growth and market expansion strategy we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on establishing the company brand and awareness.

As a product marketer, you will be responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for the product and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.


  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and its benefits
  • Create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world
  • Assist sales when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Define the Go-To-Market strategy for target markets and monitor business performance


  • Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management

Sitting at the company’s reception desk, the Office Manager is
expected to:

Be the point of contact for
all company employees in every way

Coordinate meetings for the
CEO, VPs and HR Manager

Coordinate interviews with job

Organize meetings, order
refreshments, take care of guests, etc

Oversee small renovation
projects and moving employees from one workstation to another

Order office equipment

Work with various external
suppliers: car leasing company, mobile phone provider, Highway 6, Pazomat, Car

Deal with the building’s management

Technical Support Representative (Shift Work)

The position includes complex problem analysis, investigation and solution for various problems, while adhering to SLA standards.

Customer Tech Support Engineer (Texas)

We are expanding our customer support team and looking for an experienced technical customer support engineer!


• Support the ad-hoc technical support  needs of our North America customers.

• Provide first-level and second-level diagnosis and support services for all our customers in North America with hardware, software and applications issues

• Work closely with our Product, R&D, QA, and customer success team members to provide solutions to our customers through customer portals, telephone, help desk systems, and emails

• Investigate complex product failures and follow-up with internal teams and the customer until the success solution is implemented within SLA targets.

• Travel to customer sites, when necessary

• Provide proactive and preventative services

• Support the releases, testing, and implementation of new product versions

• Document all systems and processes and ensure these are continually up to date

Required Skills and Experience:
