Growing the Team

Eric Carlson
Britannica Knowledge Systems (BKS) is expanding its team in the U.S., enabling the company to support business growth and offer enriched services to its American customers.

Eric Carlson has recently joined the team as a Solution Manager, bringing over 20 years of pilot flight and instruction experience. His valuable background in commercial piloting, simulator instruction and flight planning, in addition to his expertise as an AQP coordinator, will enable him to assist customers in maximizing their use of the Fox’s training management solution.

In addition, Dane Gunther, a Customer Support Representative, and Ofra Segoli, a Customer Success Manager, have recently come on board to augment the connection with BKS’s long-standing commercial aviation customers.
