Asher Dagan


Asher Dagan is one of  Britannica Knowledge Systems founders, and since November 2019 he serves as the company’s CEO. Asher has played a key role in leading the company’s strategic activities for the past two decades. He has a successful track record serving in a number of management positions, including Britannica’s VP Product, Delivery & Customer Success and Marketing.  

Asher brings over 27 years of experience in designing and establishing training management solutions. He played an important  role in the company’s strategic development opportunities such as NASA, Boeing, United Airlines and American Airlines, and in recently procuring the US Army’s ATIS contract.

Asher is a committed runner, enjoying the achievement. He is always focused on the next hill – once there, he focuses on the next one. 

Asher has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.  

Until recently, Asher served as an Armor Battalion Commander (Lieutenant Colonel) in the IDF Armored Corps Reserves. 

Dvir Hoffman

Chief Product Officer

Dvir Hoffman joined the company from the Ex Libris Group, where he served as Corporate VP, heading a cloud business unit.  

Dvir has over 22 years of technology and managerial expertise from a variety of roles including product management, marketing and software development at leading global companies including Ex Libris, Imperva, NICE and EMC². His product and marketing experience includes managing large product and development teams, go to market strategy, and envisioning, launching and developing world-leading solutions.  

Dvir is a wine expert and he also makes his own red wine – his favorite wine is Syrah. Dvir also enjoys long-distance running.  

Dvir holds a BSc in Information Systems Engineering and an MBA, both from Ben-Gurion University. 

Israel Rosenberg

Yair Pinyan


Yair Pinyan has over 20 years of experience leading R&D organizations in creating solutions for complex technical problems and managing large teams. He led the Security Essentials Product R&D at Microsoft, in addition to senior roles at Orbotech, Correlor Technologies and Gteko (acquired by Microsoft). Yair specializes in Deep Learning technologies, Machine Learning and AI-based solutions, and big data and large-scale solution architecture.  

Yair is a serious basketball player, and he also enjoys watching the pros throw the shots. He’s first in line for the latest new gadget, but his top priority is spending time with his family.  

Yair holds a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Bar Ilan University and an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. 

Miki Ringelhim

VP Sales

Miki Ringelhim leads the sales organization and international expansion efforts. He has over 20 years of experience in defining and executing business strategies, marketing, sales and channel development.

Miki has been instrumental in building and scaling Britannica’s global sales strategy and execution. He plays a key role in establishing and growing the company’s leadership positions in the training, learning and operations markets.

Miki is a serious drummer, and after banging on the drums he can be found banging away in the kitchen, dishing up one of his international gourmet specialties.

Miki holds a BA in Communications and Management from the College of Management and an MBA from the University of Manchester.

Barak Kirmayer

Barak Kirmayer

VP, Business Unit Manager, ADC

Barak Kirmayer leads the Aviation, Defense & Corporate Unit. He has a proven track record in leading large operations to deliver high-scale on-prem and SaaS solutions to major airlines, governmental, and aviation manufacturers.

Barak has more than 15 years of experience in complex technological solutions and previously served as Britannica’s VP of Delivery and Operations. Before joining the company, Barak held several technological-managerial positions at Verifone.  

Barak enjoys spending time in nature – at the sea, gardening, and he also smokes his own meat.  

Barak holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion Institute of Technology and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. 

Ido Laron


Ido Laron is a seasoned finance executive with a proven background in leading global organizations for almost two decades. He played a major role in successful financing of both equity and debt rounds, collaborating and negotiating with leading investors, VCs, banks and venture capital partners. 

Ido’s experience includes serving as the CFO/Finance leader at Applicaster, Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ), PWC and other leading tech startups. 

When Ido is not crunching numbers, you’ll probably find him on an extreme 4X4 off-road trip. 

Ido is a registered CPA in Israel and holds a BA in Accounting and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.  

Gil Hoizman

Gil Hoizman brings over 25 years of experience in human resources and talent management, executive coaching, and management consulting.  

Previously, Gil held managerial roles at Amdocs, Intunitive, Concord Ventures and was a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Co in London. He conducted organizational and corporate strategy projects in various industries for medium to large companies and start-ups, including strategic analysis and refinement of strategic direction. Gil lectures at the Coller School of Management. 

Gil is an avid photographer and movie buff. He produced and directed a short fiction film with a crew of 30 people. 

Gil holds a BA with honors in Economics and Management from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
